In 2024, Mitsui E&P USA LLC announced the acquisition of 46,500 acres in East Texas from Sabana, LLC and Vanna, LLC. This unconventional gas asset will be testing and developing multiple horizons and will provide us with strategic access to the Gulf Coast industrial region. Our commitment is to develop this asset responsibly, with plans for full-scale operations beginning post-2026.
